La ligue des jeunes talents a été créée en janvier 2019, en Seine-Saint-Denis, par un collectif d’anciens demandeurs d’emploi devenus actifs et souhaitant partager à leur tour leur expérience aux jeunes sans visibilité et avec peu de réseaux. Leur raison d’être consiste à soutenir et aider ces jeunes par la mise en place de plusieurs actions innovantes :

- Parrainage de jeunes par un jeune actif
- Simulation d’entretiens avec un club d’entreprises
- Session de coaching sur la prise de parole et sur l’éloquence
- Des spectacles au format Comedy Club
- Des événements networking ( soirée afterwork, université d’été, université de printemps, bootcamp sport/emploi...)
