    Les Marques doivent donc se disrupter elles-mêmes, transformer leur business model et réinventer leur Expérience Client pour la mettre au niveau des nouveaux standards d’expérience client imposés par les startups qui ne rêvent que d’une chose : mettre hors-jeu les marques traditionnelles !
