Value proposition

In 2011, our co-founder, Dr. Rich, an accomplished multi-location Urgent Care owner and provider, came to the team at UC Charting Solutions stating that he had reviewed all of the potential EHR software solutions available and determined that they were all far too complicated due to numerous tabs, checkboxes, drop downs and unfamiliar interfaces and they would most definitely slow down his practice. He just couldn't afford to reduce his patient volume since the success of an Urgent Care practice is dependent on volume but he knew he had to adopt an EHR. Dr. Rich let us know that he wanted a solution that would allow him to chart as efficiently as he was able to on paper and keep up with his practices patient volume. Our team set out to develop a system that would satisfy the needs of a busy Urgent Care practice.
