Value proposition

La Victoria Lab is the innovation lab for the Intercorp group, where we reimagine and rethink the future of our companies and the experiences we provide to our users. We started in 2014 and we work very closely with IDEO, the world's leading design and innovation consultancy firm, to create new products and services based on people's needs.

This collaboration has resulted in projects such as the Innova Schools, which provided an entirely new learning experience for kids in primary and secondary education; Interbank Explora, which redesigned the format of Interbank stores nationwide to provide a more comfortable experience for our users; and Cineplanet Chaplin, which relaunched the movie-going experience through a groundbreaking format that embraces the sharing aspect of cinemas.
