Elle est dirigée depuis le printemps 2019 par Virginie Boccard qui développe un projet dédié aux écritures d’aujourd’hui – avec la mise en place d’une plateforme de création, de production, de transmission et d’actions culturelles – avec une attention particulière à l’insertion territoriale, la relation à la population et le développement de partenariats avec les forces vives de la ville, de la métropole, du département et de la région. Un Grand Ensemble, composé d’une quinzaine d’artistes, d’aut.eur.rice.s dramaturges, chorégraphes, musicien.ne.s, composit.eur.rice.s, cuisinier, philosophe, graphiste, réalisateur, est associé au projet.
