In its simplest form, it creates context around indicative metrics, like average pace, cumulative miles, and frequency of runs, to show how each run contributes to overall fitness progress. In addition, users are also rewarded for different types of running achievements and ranked against their peers. Ultimately, our goal is to provide a community-driven support structure that encourages all types of runners to take more interest in the sport.
