Idfriches is an original action, initiated by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and funded by European Feder funds. It is carried by two professional networks: Axelera and Indura. Originally, one observation: it is urgent to mobilize the land potential represented by wasteland on our territory.

IDfriches est une action originale, initiée par la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes et financée par des fonds européens FEDER. Elle est portée par deux réseaux professionnels : AXELERA et INDURA. A l’origine, un constat : il est urgent de mobiliser le potentiel foncier que représentent les friches sur notre territoire.
Reconvertir un site délaissé depuis parfois des décennies est un processus long, complexe et coûteux. Les collectivités locales peuvent être démunies face à l’ampleur de la tâche. Une réponse collective est nécessaire pour faciliter ces projets de requalification.
A la demande de la Région, spécialistes de la gestion foncière, professionnels des travaux publics et de la dépollution, acteurs académiques de la recherche et de l’enseignement supérieur se mobilisent pour une requalification innovante des friches. C’est l’ADN même d’IDfriches.
