    LISEA, concessionaire of the South Europe Atlantic high-speed line between Tours and Bordeaux (LGV SEA).

    LISEA is a company owned by VINCI Concessions (42.045%), Meridiam (41.945%) and Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations (16.01%).

    Its primary missions: to guarantee the safety, performance, management and operation of the infrastructure for the benefit of travelers and territories; to offer new regional, national and European mobility perspectives; to contribute to the attractiveness and economic development of the territories crossed; to support environmental and social integration projects via the SEA Fund for territorial transition; to ensure the management and monitoring of 3,800 ha of environmental measures with a network of 500 partners.

    LISEA was entrusted, by SNCF Réseau, with the concession for the South Europe Atlantic High Speed ​​Line between Tours and Bordeaux (LGV SEA). The concession contract, signed on June 16, 2011 between SNCF Réseau and LISEA for a period of 50 years, emanates from a joint decision of the State, SNCF Réseau and local authorities.

    This concession contract made it possible to limit public investments (51% for the LGV SEA compared to a minimum of 75% for other LGVs).

    LISEA continues to innovate today, notably with an investment from private funds of more than €200 million in a high-speed train maintenance site (in Marcheprime), in order to strengthen the offer and facilitate opening up to competition.

    Ses missions premières : garantir la sécurité, la performance, la gestion et l’exploitation de l’infrastructure aux bénéfices des voyageurs et des territoires ; d’offrir de nouvelles perspectives de mobilité régionales, nationales et européennes ; de contribuer à l’attractivité et au développement économique des territoires traversés ; de soutenir des projets environnementaux et d’insertion sociale via le Fonds SEA pour la transition des territoires ; d'assurer la gestion et le suivi des 3 800 ha de mesures environnementales avec un réseau de 500 partenaires.

    LISEA s’est vu confier, par SNCF Réseau, la concession de la Ligne à Grande Vitesse Sud Europe Atlantique entre Tours et Bordeaux (LGV SEA). Le contrat de concession, signé le 16 juin 2011 entre SNCF Réseau et LISEA pour une durée de 50 ans, émane d’une décision commune de l’État, de SNCF Réseau et des collectivités territoriales.

    Ce contrat de concession a permis de limiter les investissements publics (51 % pour la LGV SEA contre 75 % au minimum pour d’autres LGV).

    LISEA continue aujourd’hui d’innover, avec notamment un investissement sur fonds privés de plus de 200 M€ dans un site de maintenance de trains à grande vitesse (à Marcheprime), afin de renforcer l’offre et faciliter l’ouverture à la concurrence.
