La Révolution du feu
Finoptim is French start-up based in Grenoble specialized in wood combustion. Its first product enables energetic optimization of open fireplaces. Pollution reduction as well as retaining and recovering the heat which is commonly lost during combustion while keeping the structure and layout of existing fireplaces are Finoptim’s key feature. Innovation is in the heart of the project, the optimization innovate the traditional use of fireplaces and allows sustainable heat generation with wood, a fully renewable resource.
Research and development is undertaken in public laboratories at Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP). The young and ambitious entrepreneurs are supported by expertise from universities and Industry ensuring the success of the company. Finoptim wants to globalise its activities upon startup and engage in the European, American and emerging markets.

Finoptim est une entreprise industrielle française basée à Grenoble et spécialisée dans le chauffage et la cuisson au bois.
En 2013, elle invente l'insert-ouvert afin d'optimiser le fonctionnement des cheminées traditionnelles. Suite à ce succès, l'entreprise développe et commercialise de nouveaux produits et propose aujourd'hui des cheminées design, des braseros et des planchas.
Créée par deux jeunes entrepreneurs, Finoptim compte aujourd'hui 12 collaborateurs avec de belles perspectives pour les années avenirs avec notamment un développement des ventes à l'international. Installée au cœur des Alpes française, Finoptim s'appuie sur un écosystème très actif autour de la recherche mais également de l'industrie métallurgique.
