Amue (Agence de mutualisation des universités et etablissements d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche) is a French shared-services agency devoted to foster innovation among universities and other Higher Education and Research Institutions.
The agency is a GIP (Public Interest Group under the French law) created in 1992 to facilitate cooperation between its members.
Amue has currently more than 170 members and it supports their joint actions to improve the quality of their management.
Our main missions are:
- to provide expertise to institutions through training, guidelines, knowledge sharing and best practices;
- to disseminate information in different areas such as students' life, research, human resources, finances, university governance and international relations;
- to help institutions enhancing their Information System through solutions that are well-adapted to their diversity;
- to assist universities in their change management effort;
- to provide procurement services.

L’Amue (L'Agence de mutualisation des universités et établissements d'enseignement supérieur ou de recherche et de support à l'enseignement supérieur ou à la recherche) propose aux établissements d'enseignement supérieur et de recherche, des outils informatiques, des formations et des services dans leurs différents domaines d'activité :
+ Élaboration et optimisation de solutions informatiques à coûts mutualisés
+ Professionnalisation et développement des compétences des personnels de l'ESR par la formation
+ Réduction des coûts via une centrale d’achats
+ Accompagnement dans l’amélioration de la performance par la veille et l’expertise
Forte de ses 179 adhérents, l’Amue construit une démarche collective avec les experts des établissements, depuis la définition des besoins jusqu’au choix et à la mise au point de solutions informatiques, de la construction de l’offre de formation ou des thématiques des accords-cadres.
L’Amue est basée sur 2 sites à Paris et à Montpellier.
AMUE (shared-services agency for universities and other higher education and research Institutions) provides higher education institutions with IT solutions, training and expertise in their various field of activity. It organizes cooperation among its members and supports their joint action to improve the quality of their management, monitoring and decision making:

+ Accompanying performance improvement by providing expertise and regulatory watch
AMUE builds a collective approach with the experts of its 179 members, from the definition of the needs to the choice and the development of IT solutions, the construction of the training offer or procurement.
Our head office is located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris and our IT construction department is in Montpellier.
