En janvier 2012, The Boson Project voit le jour, sous l’impulsion d’Emmanuelle Duez. Porteurs assumés d’une vision humaniste des entreprises, nous affirmons que l’excellence humaine est une condition sine qua non de sociétés durables, performantes et responsables.
Notre métier consiste donc à créer les conditions culturelles, organisationnelles, spatiales et managériales permettant l’expression pleine et entière du potentiel humain, individuel et collectif.
Nous convoquons pour ce faire les sciences humaines, le design, un écosystème d’intellectuels et surtout 10 ans d’expérience en la matière.
