L’Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises (ARE) s’est constituée en 2002. Elle a pour vocation de regrouper l’ensemble des professionnels (avocats, expert-comptables, conseils, mandataires ad hoc, banquiers, fonds d’investissement, managers de crise, etc.) impliqués de façon régulière dans les opérations de retournement, de refinancement ou de restructuration.

- Favoriser la création d’un réseau européen regroupant par le biais d’associations identiques les professionnels impliqués dans des opérations complexes et internationales pour favoriser l’émergence d’une « best practice » européenne
