Services provider for Marine & Energy industries

SeaOwl Group is a provider of outsourcing services and technology-based solutions for Maritime, Defense and Energy industries.
The Group was created by executives of V.Ships, the world's leading ship management company. SeaOwl Group has acquired a multiple of international companies specialized in highly skilled manpower for managed services in the Energy sector.
In 2019, SeaOwl acquired Sofresud, a notorious French player in the naval defence sector. The horizontal consolidation led to new Group offerings of integrated solutions in a variety of stealth and time-sensitive threats at sea through training, systems and drone services.
We recruit through our worldwide network of highly skilled profiles to offer manpower services for onshore and offshore Oil and Gas Operators and EPCC contractors to work in Drilling, Construction, Operation & Maintenance, Commissioning, Production and Decommissioning Activities.
We rely on our processes, staff and own assets to provide managed services for the Marine and Energy market (vessel services, marine equipment qualification, navy training or depollution & salvage missions).
Our new technological branch, SeaOwl Technology Solutions, develops, installs and maintains innovative naval defense, surveillance & maritime security systems to protect our customers’ business against increasing threats at sea (piracy, terrorism and asymmetric threats) in sensitive environments.

Today, we pave the way for new digitalized maritime services. In partnership with various public and private entities, we have demonstrated the ability to remotely operate a vessel through a satellite link in complete safety and cybersecurity.
Our capability to transform maritime services makes the SeaOwl Group become a world reference for ship remote operation and cybersecurity services.
We operate in over 40 countries and benefit from the implantation of our 15 offices around the world.
