The Training Institute for the Insurance Profession (IFPASS) is a training organization that has since 2008 provide training in the field of insurance.

IFPASS training
IFPASS offers several types of training:

- certifiers leading to a qualification certificate recognized by professional branches and providing skills to a specific profession;
- Qualifying allowing to obtain a certificate at the end of training or a "certificate of aptitude" linked to the profession. When a collective agreement provides, these training courses are recognized by employers. Example: CQP, professional qualification certificates (possibility of face-to-face, remote or e-learning);
To date, the IFPASS offer has been made up of more than 400 separate training courses with a presence in 17 jobs. This makes IFPASS the organization offering the most diverse training offer in insurance professions.

L'Institut de Formation de la Profession de l'Assurance (IFPASS) est un organisme de formation qui dispense depuis 2008 des formations dans le domaine de l'assurance.
Il est né de la fusion entre l’Association pour l’Enseignement de l’Assurance (AEA) et du centre de formation qualifiante ADAP.
L’IFPASS nourrit la vocation d’être le partenaire privilégié des acteurs de l’assurance afin de développer avec et pour eux, une offre de formation et d’enseignement adaptée à leurs besoins.
C’est dans cette volonté de toujours répondre aux besoins directs des professionnels du secteur et sous le contrôle du Conseil d’Administration, que le Comité d'Orientation Pédagogique et Scientifique (COPS) analyse les besoins de la profession et réoriente l’offre de formation.
Formations de l’IFPASS
L’IFPASS propose plusieurs types de formations :
- diplômantes, avec possibilité d’alternance permettant d’obtenir un diplôme d’établissement reconnu par l’Etat et sur le marché de l’emploi ;
- certifiantes débouchant sur un certificat de qualification reconnu par les branches professionnelles et apportant des compétences sur un métier précis ;
- qualifiantes permettant d'obtenir une attestation en fin de formation ou un « certificat d'aptitude » lié à la profession. Lorsqu'une convention collective le prévoit, ces formations sont reconnues par les employeurs. Exemple: les CQP, certificats de qualification professionnelle (possibilité de présentiel, à distance ou en e-learning) ;
A ce jour, l’offre de l’IFPASS se constitue de plus de 400 formations distinctes avec une présence sur 17 bassins d’emplois. Ce qui fait de l’IFPASS l’organisme proposant l’offre de formation la plus diversifiée des métiers de l’assurance.
