The EUREF Campus in Berlin-Schöneberg is a place of the future. Around 5,000 people are already working, researching and learning here in more than 150 companies, institutions and startups on the topics of energy, mobility and sustainability - cooperatively, openly and together.

On the EUREF campus, representative, energy-efficient new office buildings were integrated into the existing structures and realized as certified "green buildings." Der EUREF-Campus in Berlin-Schöneberg ist ein Zukunftsort. Hier arbeiten, forschen und lernen schon heute rund 5.000 Menschen in mehr als 150 Unternehmen, Institutionen und Startups rund um die Themenfelder Energie, Mobilität und Nachhaltigkeit – kooperativ, offen und gemeinsam.
Seit Projektbeginn in 2008 hat sich das ca. 5,5 Hektar große Stadtquartier, das bereits seit 2014 die Klimaziele der Bundesregierung für 2045 erfüllt, zu einem europaweit einzigartigen Reallabor der Energiewende entwickelt.
Neben der TU Berlin, die auf dem EUREF-Campus vier Masterstudiengänge anbietet, haben international renommierte Unternehmen, Organisationen und Institutionen den EUREF-Campus als Standort gewählt. Mieter sind beispielsweise der französische Konzern Schneider Electric, der internationale Projetsteuerer Arcadis, die GASAG und das Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC).
Auf dem EUREF-Campus wurden repräsentative, energieeffiziente Büroneubauten in die bestehenden Strukturen integriert und als zertifizierte „Green Buildings“ realisiert. Dazwischen finden sich denkmalgeschützten Backsteinbauten, die unter den Aspekten des Denkmalschutzes, des Denkmalrechts und der Energieeffizienz saniert wurden.
Der Bahnhof Südkreuz, der S-Bahnhof Schöneberg und die Zufahrt zum Berliner Autobahnring liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
