Since 2014, MONALISA has brought together all those who make common cause against the social isolation of the elderly. The national mobilization of 414 actors (associations, institutions, communities) is taking shape at the local level: more than 200 teams made up of citizens are fighting against the loneliness experienced by one in 4 elderly people, with the support of 60 territorial cooperations.
MONALISA is a collective approach which makes it possible to articulate the action of professionals among themselves but also the action of professionals and volunteers. A resource center dedicated to those involved in the fight against isolation was created in 2017 to capitalize and disseminate good practices, train citizens and professionals, and support territorial dynamics.
MONALISA has also launched three inter-partnership experiments over the past two years in order to identify and support initiatives to combat isolation in the territories around three themes: intergenerational links with the Civic Service against isolation, initiatives from residents with isolated elderly people in the Priority Districts of the City, local cooperation against isolation in rural areas.
MONALISA is also an approach integrated into prevention policies defined by the State, particularly within the framework of the Law on adaptation of society to aging, commitment policies, the fight against exclusion and social inclusion.Original language

MONALISA rassemble depuis 2014 tous ceux qui font cause commune contre l’isolement social des âgés. La Mobilisation nationale de 414 acteurs (associations, institutions, collectivités) se concrétise au niveau local : plus de 200 équipes composées de citoyens luttent contre la solitude vécue par une personne âgée sur 4, avec le soutien de 60 coopérations territoriales.
MONALISA est une démarche collective qui permet d’articuler l’action des professionnels entre eux mais aussi l’action des professionnels et des bénévoles. Un centre de ressources dédiés aux acteurs de la lutte contre l’isolement a été créé en 2017 pour capitaliser et diffuser les bonnes pratiques, former les citoyens et les professionnels, appuyer les dynamiques territoriales.
MONALISA a aussi lancé depuis deux ans trois expérimentations inter-partenariales afin d’identifier et soutenir des initiatives de lutte contre l’isolement sur les territoires autour de trois thématiques : les liens intergénérationnels avec le Service Civique contre l’isolement, les initiatives des habitants avec les âgés isolés dans les Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville, les coopérations locales contre l’isolement en milieu rural.
MONALISA est aussi une démarche intégrée aux politiques de prévention définies par l’Etat, notamment dans le cadre de la Loi d’adaptation de la société au vieillissement, aux politiques d’engagement, de lutte contre les exclusions et d’inclusion sociale.
