L’agence Barrault Pressacco est fondée en 2009 par Thibaut Barrault et Cyril Pressacco. Son activité est partagée entre projets urbains et stratégies métropolitaines, dessins de bâtiments et suivi de leur exécution, recherches et enseignement. Une quinzaine de collaborateurs mènent aujourd’hui une vingtaine de sujets, et organisent les interactions nécessaires à la précision d’une œuvre cohérente et engagée.
Parallèlement à leur pratique au sein du bureau, Thibaut Barrault enseigne à l’EAV&T, Cyril Pressacco à l’ENSA de Normandie.
Parmi ses réalisations, l'agence compte 17 logements sociaux en pierre massive porteuse à Paris 11, un immeuble en chaux-chanvre à Paris 18 et un bâtiment en maxi-brique au Raincy. Elle a récemment remporté un concours à Strasbourg pour réaliser un groupe scolaire. Trois chantiers sont en cours, dont 100 logements pour le Village des Athlètes. Invitée par la Cité de l’architecture & du patrimoine, elle assure le commissariat d'une exposition collective "Objets Trouvés" qui interroge les stratégies de réemploi auxquelles elle entend ajouter une ambition culturelle et disciplinaire.
