    The Hague Business Agency (THBA) attracts international companies and organisations and assists them in establishing, expanding or relocating their (foreign) operations within the Greater Hague region. As of 11 September 2017, The Hague Business Agency works together with The Hague Marketing Bureau and The Hague Convention Bureau under the umbrella of “The Hague & Partners’. In addition, THBA supports the Municipality of The Hague in attracting non-governmental organisations (NGOs). THBA was originally founded as the ‘WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency’ in 2000 by a number of cities in The Hague region. Since 2015, it has been part of ‘Invest in Holland’, the acquisition platform of the central government.

    The Hague Business Agency (THBA) assisteert en adviseert internationale bedrijven bij het opzetten, uitbreiden of verplaatsen van (buitenlandse) activiteiten naar de regio Groot Den Haag. Sinds 11 September 2017 werkt THBA samen met The Hague Marketing Bureau en The Hague Convention Bureau onder de koepelstichting ‘The Hague & Partners’. Daarnaast ondersteunt WFIA de gemeente Den Haag bij het aantrekken van Non-Gouvernementele Organisaties (NGO’s). THBA (voormalig WestHolland Foreign Investment Agency) is in 2000 opgericht door gemeenten in de Haagse regio Sinds 2015 maakt de organisatie onderdeel uit van ‘Invest in Holland’, het acquisitieplatform van de rijksoverheid. Invest in Holland is een samenwerkingsverband tussen alle regionale acquisitiepartijen en heeft als belangrijk uitgangspunt: Het positioneren / vermarkten van het Nederlandse vestigingsklimaat en het begeleiden van buitenlandse investeerders.
