We are London’s first fitness nightclub. Where two worlds epically collide; the only way we know how; with the biggest sound-system, a legendary coaching team and most importantly a completely unique full body training method.

We hate soulless gyms and how the industry tells us to live our lives, so we’ve built our own studio, OUR way. We are REAL people. Sometimes we eat carbs, we have a drink, we stay out late and live it up. We don’t care what people look like or what brand of gym gear they wear. Whether you’re a fitness junkie or phobe, welcome to the family. Music is our backbone and experiences drive us. We like to work hard, so we can play it to the max.

We have carefully designed our class schedule and experience to build and develop your athletic and aesthetic goals. Enabling you to choose the right mix of strength and conditioning for you, with an XXL dose of fun.
