Declared one of the 12 main French think tanks by “Acteurs Publics”, he is also Correspondent in France for “Wikiprogress”, a project for measuring societal well-being hosted by the OECD, and Coordinator of a commission of the UN aimed at deploying resolution 065/39 on well-being as the aim of development. Finally, he is a member of the Presidential Commission known as “Attali II” for the Positive Economy.

La Fabrique Spinoza est le mouvement du bonheur citoyen, visant à placer le bonheur au cœur de notre société.
Née d’une double réalisation, d’une part que le bonheur est un sujet essentiel pour tous mais rarement explicitement et d’autre part que des connaissances scientifiques existent sur le bonheur mais sont peu diffusées, la Fabrique Spinoza a pour mission de réintégrer la notion de bonheur au cœur de nos sociétés.
Elle se compose de l’Observatoire Spinoza - branche étude qui produit des savoirs pour inspirer la société, d’Action Spinoza - branche accompagnement qui guide les organisations pour les transformer et des « Passeurs du bonheur » - communauté de bénévoles actifs qui agissent sur les territoires pour amplifier le mouvement. Elle est constituée de citoyens compétents, pluridisciplinaires et engagés civiquement mais non partisans politiquement.
Créée en janvier 2011, la Fabrique Spinoza est une association non-lucrative visant à favoriser le bonheur citoyen. Déclaré l’un des 12 principaux think-tanks français par « Acteurs Publics », celui-ci est aussi Correspondant en France de « Wikiprogress », projet de mesure du bien-être sociétal hébergé par l’OCDE, et Coordonnateur d’une commission de l’ONU visant à déployer la résolution 065/39 sur le bien-être comme finalité du développement. Il est enfin membre de la Commission Présidentielle dite « Attali II » pour l’Economie Positive.
