Dispositif Régional d'Expertise et de Coordination en plaies et cicatrisation
La mission principale de Cicat-Occitanie est l’amélioration de la qualité de prise en charge des plaies à cicatrisation difficile par un conseil au plus près du lieu de vie du patient.
Une équipe de médecins et d’infirmiers experts en plaies et cicatrisation intervient à la demande d’un soignant en difficulté pour une prise en charge de plaie(s) à domicile ou dans un établissement de santé.
Le Dispositif Régional couvre les treize départements de l’Occitanie grâce à la télémédecine et offre un réseau de conseils auprès des professionnels de santé.
Il est soutenu par l’Agence Régionale de Santé et a innové la prise en charge des plaies à distance par la télémédecine.
