Digital technologies and ecological engineering for biodiversity management
Founded in 2012, TerrOïko develops and implements digital solutions for data processing, analysis and modeling for the protection of biodiversity.
Our activities are structured around three core businesses:
- development of software solutions
- ecological engineering consultancy
- scientific research
In particular, we have developed SimOïko, a software for simulating the life of flora and fauna in a landscape, and Ocapi, a solution dedicated to species recognition using artificial intelligence.
Our tools and services are aimed at public and private clients and consultancies involved in industrial and urban development, territorial planning, transport and energy infrastructures, natural areas and nature conservation programs, construction and real estate, public policy assessment and international scientific cooperation.
TerrOïko is recognized by the French Ministry of Ecology through the Greentech Innovation label.

Fondée en 2012, TerrOïko développe et met en oeuvre des solutions numériques de traitement, d'analyse et de modélisation de données au service de la biodiversité.
Nos activités s'articulent autour de trois métiers :
- développement de solutions logicielles
- conduite et accompagnement de projets et d'études dans les territoires
- programmes de recherche scientifique
Nous avons notamment développé SimOïko, logiciel de simulation de la vie de la faune et la flore dans un paysage, et Ocapi, solution dédiée au suivi d'espèces par intelligence artificielle.
Nos outils et services s'adressent aux donneurs d'ordre publics et privés et aux bureaux d'études impliqués dans l'aménagement industriel et urbain, la planification territoriale, les infrastructures de transport et d'énergie, les espaces naturels et programmes de conservation de la nature, le BTP et l'immobilier, l'évaluation des politiques publiques, la coopération scientifique internationale.
TerrOïko est labellisée Greentech Innovation (Ministère de la transition écologique), membre de l'UPGE (Union professionnelle du génie écologique), partenaire de l'AFIE (Association française interprofessionnelle des écologues).
