Rêv’elles is a 1901 law association aimed at promoting equal opportunities and professional integration of young women from popular backgrounds.
Our mission: to inspire, motivate, support these young women in their personal and professional development and allow them to become actresses of the society in which they evolve.
Since 2013, the association has offered young women aged 14 to 20, educated or dropping out of school for innovative and participative orientation assistance programs. Their objective: to allow participants to develop their self -confidence, to get to know each other better, to take the measure of their potential and to familiarize themselves with the company and its codes to finally lay the foundations of a professional project that resembles them.

Rêv’Elles est une association de loi 1901 visant à favoriser l’égalité des chances et l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes femmes issues de milieux populaires.
Notre mission : Inspirer, motiver, accompagner ces jeunes femmes dans leur épanouissement personnel et professionnel et leur permettre de devenir actrices de la société dans laquelle elles évoluent.
Depuis 2013, l’association propose aux jeunes femmes de 14 à 20 ans, scolarisées ou en décrochage scolaire des programmes d’aide à l’orientation innovants et participatifs. Leur objectif : permettre aux participantes de développer leur confiance en elles, de mieux se connaitre, de prendre la mesure de leur potentiel et de se familiariser avec l’entreprise et ses codes pour enfin poser les bases d’un projet professionnel qui leur ressemble.
