La Fabrique à Neurones propose des solutions issues des neurosciences cognitives pour mieux vivre et mieux travailler. Nous avons à coeur de sensibiliser chacun à la nécessité de prendre soin de son cerveau tout au long de sa vie afin de vivre au meilleur de ses possibilités.
La Fabrique à Neurones a développé une méthode, testée actuellement au Laboratoire de Psychologie et Neurocognition de l'Université Grenoble Alpes, basée sur la bienveillance, le jeu, l'intelligence collective et le transfert de connaissances en neurosciences cognitives.
ATELIERS COGNITIFS: Cette méthode est utilisée dans nos ateliers cognitifs, afin que les participants comprennent mieux leur cerveau pour mieux l'utiliser (mieux mémoriser, être plus attentif, mieux raisonner).
FORMATIONS D'ANIMATEURS COGNITIFS: Cette méthode est aussi utilisée dans nos formations d'animatrices et animateurs cognitifs qui animeront ensuite en autonomie nos ateliers cognitifs partout où ils le souhaitent.
FORMATIONS EN ENTREPRISE: Lors de nos interventions en entreprise (conférences, séminaires, journées de formation), nous déployons cette méthode et tout notre savoir pour apporter un début de réponse opérationnelle aux problématiques récurrentes de communication, gestion des émotions, apprentissage des process, prise de distance, changements d'habitudes et de métiers, etc.
