The Boussole movement aims to bring together supporters (incubators, accelerators, etc.) of startups and young businesses. It was initiated by 10 support structures (50 Partners, Blue Factory – ESCP, Google, INCO, Le Village by CA, Raisesherpas, Réseau Entreprendre Paris, Schoolab, NUMA, and URW Link – Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) and there are now nearly 60 of us (list of our members on laboussole.io).
The system is built on three pillars:
- Expertise: sharing our know-how & access to complementary expertise. In particular through monthly meetings and the production of content by our members and our partners (co-production of an annual report with BCG).
- The community: Creation of the largest community of guides and expansion of our networks (one-to-one meetings, mutual aid, sharing of Perks, etc.).
- Visibility: Increasing our visibility and defending our interests (visibility partnerships, presence at key tech fairs, organization of an annual event and positioning as a reference point of contact with public and private players in the ecosystem).
Our ambition is also to make La Boussole a quality label for guides. -

Le mouvement de la Boussole a vocation à rassembler les accompagnateurs (incubateurs, accélérateurs, etc.) de startups et de jeunes entreprises. Il a été initié par 10 structures d'accompagnement (50 Partners, Blue Factory – ESCP, Google, INCO, Le Village by CA, Raisesherpas, Réseau Entreprendre Paris, Schoolab, NUMA, et URW Link – Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield) et nous sommes aujourd'hui près de 60 (liste de nos membres sur laboussole.io).
Le dispositif est bâti sur trois piliers :
- L'expertise : partage de notre savoir-faire & accès à des expertises complémentaires. Notamment à travers des rencontres mensuelles et la production de contenu par nos membres et nos partenaires (co-production d'un rapport annuel avec le BCG).
- La communauté : Création de la plus grande communauté d’accompagnateurs et élargissement de nos réseaux (rencontres en one to one, entraide, mise en commun de Perks, ...).
- La visibilité : Augmentation de notre visibilité et défense de nos intérêts (partenariats de visibilité, présence sur les salons tech structurants, organisation d'un évènement annuel et positionnement comme interlocuteur de référence auprès des acteurs publics et privés de l'écosystème).
Notre ambition est également de faire de la Boussole un label de qualité des accompagnateurs.
