We are a group of volunteers gathered around Happiness at Work in PACA and attached to Fabrique Spinoza, an international think tank aiming to restore happiness to its rightful place in society at all levels (work, education, city, etc.) .
We promote existing initiatives and explore new ways of working together with a pragmatic vision.
To do this, we organize events called “éLab” (“let’s develop tomorrow’s company today”):
The first in 2016 (a conference and a day of workshops) brought together more than 200 people.
Since then, we have organized thematic afterworks every 2 months to go further, and provide keys to improving well-being at work (digitalization, creativity, workspaces, intergenerational management, burn-out management, entrepreneurship, positive psychology ...).
Our ambition is to create a community of “elaborators” in PACA, for a new approach to the performance of organizations based on trust, pleasure and respect for people.

Elaborons aujourd'hui l'entreprise de demain
Nous sommes un groupe de bénévoles rassemblés autour du Bonheur au Travail en PACA et rattachés à la Fabrique Spinoza, think-tank international visant à redonner au bonheur sa juste place dans la société à tous les niveaux (travail, éducation, ville...).
Nous promouvons les initiatives existantes et explorons de nouvelles manières de travailler ensemble avec une vision pragmatique.
Pour cela, nous organisons des évènements appelés "éLab" ("élaborons aujourd'hui l'entreprise de demain") :
Le 1er en 2016 (une conférence et une journée d'ateliers) a rassemblé plus de 200 personnes.
Depuis, nous organisons des afterworks thématiques tous les 2 mois pour aller plus loin, et donner des clefs pour améliorer le bien-être au travail (digitalisation, créativité, espaces de travail, management intergénérationnel, gestion du burn-out, entrepreneuriat, psychologie positive...).
Notre ambition est de créer une communauté "d'élabor'acteurs" en PACA, pour une nouvelle approche de la performance des organisations basée sur la confiance, le plaisir et le respect des personnes.
