Founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2010 and continuously operational for fifteen years, the firm holds active mandates with the United Nations ESCAP, DFAT Australia, UK FCDO, and the ASEAN Secretariat. In 2025 alone, more than 500 investment promotion officials were trained across twelve APAC markets under KW Group programmes. Under a single government market access mandate, the firm facilitated USD 19 million in export sales for a company entering ASEAN for the first time.
The firm operates across four tracks. Institutional and government programme delivery: national FDI strategies, IPA reform, multilateral programme delivery, and investment facilitation across ASEAN, Central Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific. Government export programmes: structured market access and export development programmes for national and sub-national trade agencies across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Commercial market entry: intelligence, partner identification, revenue pathway structuring, and in-market representation for companies making serious commercial decisions about ASEAN within a defined timeframe. Commercial services partnerships: market intelligence and government access for corporate services, fiduciary, family office, compliance, and entity management firms advising clients on ASEAN entry or expansion.
