Siamo la principale organizzazione a livello regionale delle imprese dell'Emilia-Romagna. Sono nostre socie le cinque Confindustrie e Unioni territoriali, con 6.300 imprese e circa 320 mila addetti. Aderiscono alla nostra organizzazione regionale anche due associazioni di categoria: Confindustria Ceramica e Ance Emilia-Romagna. Il 95% delle imprese associate ha meno di 50 addetti.
Confindustria Emilia-Romagna e le Associazioni aderiscono a Confindustria e, grazie alla rete del sistema Confindustria, sono collegate operativamente con tutte le Organizzazioni nazionali di settore e di categoria.
Abbiamo un collegamento organizzativo e funzionale con AIOP-Associazione Ospedalità Privata dell'Emilia-Romagna.
Il valore base che ispira la nostra azione è la convinzione che la libera impresa e il libero esercizio dell'attività economica, in un contesto di economia di mercato, siano fattori di sviluppo e progresso per l'intera società.
A questo fine rappresentiamo le esigenze e le proposte del settore industriale nei rapporti con le istituzioni, le organizzazioni economiche, politiche, sociali e con ogni altra componente della società regionale.
