The National Consumer Service (SERNAC) is the agency of the State of Chile, in charge of ensuring the protection of consumer rights, established in Law No. 19,496.

El Servicio Nacional del Consumidor (SERNAC) es la agencia del Estado de Chile, encargada de velar por la protección de los derechos de los consumidores, establecidos en la Ley N° 19.496.
El SERNAC intercede o media en los conflictos de consumo entre las empresas y los consumidores. Cuando usted reclama en el SERNAC, nos comunicamos con la empresa para informarle la situación existente y solicitar una respuesta al caso.
