Caux Seine agglo is a public intercommunal cooperation establishment (EPCI) located between Rouen and Le Havre.

Née le 1er janvier 2008, de la fusion entre trois collectivités : les communautés de communes du canton de Bolbec, Caudebec-en-Caux/Brotonne et Port-Jérôme, puis en 2017 une partie de la communauté de communes de Coeur de Caux nous rejoint.
Elle réunit actuellement 50 communes et 77777 habitants.
Son territoire, d’une superficie de 575 km2, se répartit autour d’une zone urbaine et industrielle, située le long de la vallée du Commerce, et d'une zone plus rurale et touristique autour de Caudebec-en-Caux/Rives-en-Seine.
La CVS est la 1ère intercommunalité du département par le nombre de ses communes (la 11e en France) et la 3e par la population et sa richesse fiscale, derrière les Communautés d’agglomération du Havre et de Rouen.
Elle se positionne ainsi comme un pôle d'équilibre entre Le Havre et Rouen, sur l'axe Seine en plein développement.
L'échelle intercommunale permet de développer des stratégies d’actions dont les enjeux économiques et sociaux dépassent largement les limites géographiques communales.
