Elle est un lien entre les professionnels des filières céréalières
Fondée en 1925 par la première promotion de l'Ecole française de meunerie (ENSMIC), elle accueille aujourd'hui tous les professionnels désireux d'apporter leur contribution au dynamisme de la filière céréalière
