    WE'RE AN ALL-LEVELS RUNNING AND FITNESS COMMUNITY FOR WOMEN.

    Our community was started by two fitness newbies, Kiera Smalls & Takia McClendon, in 2013. What started as a group of friends working towards their fitness goals in Philadelphia, has turned into a nationwide running and fitness community for women.

    Our community is based online via social networks like Facebook and Instagram but we have weekly group runs (and/or workouts) in Philadelphia, South Jersey and Washington, D.C.
