Il se veut avant tout un espace de questionnement et un lieu de réflexion collective. Ses membres partagent et analysent tout au long de l’année les avancées, les problématiques et les bonnes pratiques de leurs entreprises qui sont restituées lors du colloque annuel.
Pour soutenir son action, le Cercle InterL a noué des partenariats, en particulier avec l’association Femmes Ingénieurs. Il s’engage auprès de collectifs d’associations et intervient en tant que référent et expert dans le cadre de nombreux événements et dans le débat public.
