The ISOTEX® SYSTEM includes wood-cement formwork blocks with thicknesses of 20/25/30/33/38/44 cm, for the construction of external and internal load-bearing walls; There are also special pieces for all construction needs, thus eliminating thermal and acoustic bridges. One of the great advantages of this construction technique is the speed and simplicity of installation, the blocks are in fact laid dry. For years we have also introduced wood-concrete floors onto the market, which have the same thermo-acoustic advantages as wall elements.
This system guarantees a high degree of insulation, 40-50% higher than traditional structures of the same thickness, with consequent savings in heating and cooling costs. Acoustic insulation should not be underestimated either: with the same thickness, compared to traditional structures, results of up to 5-10 dB higher are achieved. The ISOTEX® construction system guarantees fire resistance REI 120 for the blocks and REI 240 for the floors. The structure obtained with the ISOTEX® method also complies with Italian legislation for use in areas with high seismic risk.
ISOTEX® formwork blocks have CE marking as they comply with EN 15498 and al
European Technical Approval ETA 08/0023 and the floors have the CE marking according to EN-ISO 37-1, mandatory from 01.01.2011 for floors with prefabricated beams.

Questa soluzione è in grado di garantire grande affidabilità ed ottime prestazioni in fatto di risparmio energetico, isolamento acustico, strutture antisismiche, resistenza al fuoco e riduzione dei tempi e costi di costruzione. In tutto il ciclo produttivo si usano solo materiali naturali, senza l’aggiunta di prodotti chimici.
Il SISTEMA ISOTEX® prevede blocchi a cassero in legno-cemento con spessori di 20/25/30/33/38/44 cm, per la realizzazione di pareti portanti esterne ed interne; esistono inoltre pezzi speciali per tutte le esigenze costruttive eliminando in questo modo ponti termici ed acustici. Uno dei grandi vantaggi di questa tecnica costruttiva è la rapidità e la semplicità di messa in opera, i blocchi infatti vengono posati a secco. Da anni abbiamo anche introdotto sul mercato i solai in legno-cemento, che presentano i medesimi vantaggi termo-acustici degli elementi per parete.
Questo sistema garantisce un alto grado di isolamento, superiore di un 40-50% rispetto alle strutture tradizionali di pari spessore, con conseguente risparmio nei costi di riscaldamento e raffrescamento. Non va sottovalutato nemmeno l’isolamento acustico: a parità di spessore, rispetto alle strutture tradizionali, si ottengono risultati fino a 5-10 dB superiori. Il sistema costruttivo ISOTEX® garantisce una resistenza al fuoco REI 120 per i Blocchi e REI 240 per i Solai. La struttura ottenuta con il metodo ISOTEX® rispetta inoltre la normativa italiana per l’uso in zone ad elevato rischio sismico.
I blocchi cassero ISOTEX® dispongono di marcatura CE essendo conformi alla norma EN 15498 e al
Benestare Tecnico Europeo ETA 08/0023 e i solai dispongono della marcatura CE norma EN-ISO 37-1, obbligatoria dal 01.01.2011 per i solai a travetti prefabbricati.
