    Over the past five years, Rexel has proven its ability to structurally outperform the growing and increasingly attractive electrical distribution market. The demand in green energy and energy efficiency has boosted the Group’s businesses.

    On February 11, 2021, Rexel presented its mid-term ambitions. The Group’s strategy relies on a growth, value-creation and ESG ambition approach, via several strategic initiatives:

    - Accelerating growth through “More Customers, More SKUs, More Digital”
    - Improving operational and financial performance, in particular through digital
    - A balanced capital allocation around return to shareholders and investment in future growth. As an example, Rexel seizes any external growth opportunity in order to strengthen its position in certain geographies such as the United States or to add adjacent skills.

    ESG targets for 2030:
    - A 35% reduction in CO2 emissions of its operations (scopes 1&2) compared to 2016
    - A 45% reduction in CO2 emissions from the use of products sold (scope 3) compared to 2016.
