    L’IFCAM est l’Université du Groupe Crédit Agricole, centre d’investissement et de développement du capital humain, au service des ambitions du projet de groupe CA.

    Créé en 1976, à l’initiative des Caisses régionales de Crédit Agricole, le périmètre de l’IFCAM s’est élargi en 2001, avec la création de l’entité Crédit agricole SA et l’intégration des filiales.

    Depuis le 1er janvier 2013, l’IFCAM est un GIE, dont l’objet est de mettre en commun les moyens destinés à la mise en œuvre de la politique de formation Groupe.

    L’IFCAM compte 54 adhérents, dont les Caisses régionales de Crédit Agricole, LCL et des filiales.
    L’IFCAM développe trois activités majeures :

    - La conception et la difusion de programmes de formation pour le compte du Groupe
    - Les activités de formation « cœur de métier » au service du Groupe et de sa différenciation
    - L’innovation en matière pédagogique
    Les activités de l’IFCAM (formation, services, conseil) sont découpées en 4 types avec des règles de fonctionnement spécifiques :
