Hodéfi finance les startups sous forme de prêt d'honneur, qui permet au créateur de renforcer son apport personnel dans l’entreprise et faire effet levier sur d’autres financements (BPI France, fonds d’amorçage, Business Angels, banques...) Le prêt moyen par entreprise varie entre 40K€ et 50K€, et peut atteindre 80K€, pour les projets à très fort potentiel de développement. Le prêt Hodéfi est destiné à financer l’amorçage commercial des projets.
- Un accompagnement individuel et personnalisé :
Une fois lauréat Hodéfi, le créateur bénéficie d’un accompagnement personnalisé et individuel pendant 3 ans, par un chef d’entreprise expérimenté. Partages d’expériences, échanges et confrontations d’idées, permettent au lauréat de prendre du recul sur son activité et d’être challengé dans son rôle de dirigeant.
Fortement impliqué dans nos actions, notre réseau d’accompagnateurs, composé d’une centaine de bénévoles, consacre chaque année plus de 2 000 heures d’accompagnement à nos lauréats.

Hodéfi Club est animé par une équipe de lauréats et compte plus de 300 membres. Il est le lieu d’échanges et de rencontres des lauréats Hodéfi . Véritable dynamique de réseau, Hodéfi Club organise différents événements destinés à développer le networking : petits-déjeuners, afterworks, RV d’affaires...
