Este es, por tanto, el soporte más adecuado para enviarles mi más cordial saludo como Delegada del Estado en el Consorcio porque, desde su fundación en 1947, esta siempre ha sido una institución abierta al mundo. Primero, por su propia esencia de zona franca de comercio internacional y, después, por ser agencia de desarrollo económico de esta ciudad, Vigo, que siempre se ha querido presentar como 'puerta atlántica' desde la que recibir a todos los que quieran relacionarse con los mercados de la península Ibérica.
