Companies led by the Members are ERT are situated throughout Europe, with combined revenues exceeding €2 trillion, providing around 5 million direct jobs worldwide – of which half are in Europe – and sustaining millions of indirect jobs. They invest more than €60 billion annually in R&D, largely in Europe.
ERT advocates policies at both national and European levels, with the goal of improving European competitiveness, growth and employment.

In remembering this history, we reaffirm the importance of education and compassion in challenging prejudice and fostering a more united future.
80 years on, there continues to be a moral duty to stand up against hatred, injustice and discrimination in all forms. We must not shy away from difficult conversations, for history has taught us that silence is not neutrality.
