Created in 2017, UpFactor is a company specializing in elevation. We detect on a large scale the potential for real estate optimization and air land in particular. We thus develop unexploited territories to facilitate the creation of new square meters without artificializing the land.
This is made possible thanks to our technology, UPFACTOR GEOSERVICES, innovative software to detect the potential for elevation of a given address. Once the potential has been analyzed, regulatory studies are carried out to validate the feasibility of the project and the estimate of the work to be planned. Finally, we assist our clients in the choice and definition of their projects until they obtain the building permit.
Designed and developed internally to carry out large-scale prospective studies, UPFACTOR GEOSERVICES is a geographic information system which uses a database aggregating all the information necessary to define building potential: addresses, street widths, heights building, PLU, solar cadastre, protected areas...
In this, we are participating in the creation of the sustainable city of the future thanks to elevation: this is a solution to many challenges including the housing crisis, the fight against air pollution and the need for revegetation to stop urban sprawl and the resulting artificialization of land.

Créée en 2017, UpFactor est une entreprise spécialisée dans la surélévation. Nous détectons à grande échelle le potentiel d'optimisation immobilière et du foncier aérien en particulier. Nous développons ainsi des territoires inexploités pour faciliter la création de nouveaux mètres carrés sans artificialiser le sol.
Cela est rendu possible grâce à notre technologie, UPFACTOR GEOSERVICES, un logiciel innovant permettant de détecter le potentiel de surélévation d’une adresse donnée. Une fois le potentiel analysé, des études réglementaires sont menées pour valider la faisabilité du projet et l’estimation des travaux à prévoir. Nous assistons enfin nos clients dans le choix et la définition de leurs projets jusqu’à l’obtention du permis de construire.
Conçu et développé en interne pour mener des études prospectives à grande échelle, UPFACTOR GEOSERVICES est un système d’information géographique qui exploite une base de données agrégeant l’ensemble des informations nécessaires à la définition des potentiels constructibles : adresses, largeurs de rue, hauteurs de bâtiment, PLU, cadastre solaire, secteurs protégés...
En cela, nous participons à la création de la ville du futur et durable grâce à la surélévation : celle-ci est une solution à de nombreux défis parmi lesquels la crise du logement, la lutte contre la pollution de l’air et le besoin de végétalisation pour enrayer l'étalement urbain et l'artificialisation des sols qui en découle.
