KmikeyM is a network of shareholders who guide the life decisions of a publicly traded person by voting the shares they trade among themselves. Originally established to help guide the creation of internet and media projects the shareholders have taken control of the personal life of K. Mike Merrill and now influence all aspects of his life.

Founded in 1977, KmikeyM is the only publicly traded person in the world. KmikeyM combines financial knowledge and experience with a deep understanding of Mike Merrill's personal life to help him achieve the life he wants. With a deep commitment to the stock price first, KmikeyM's shareholders draw upon the insights of the community to unlock opportunities tailored to Mike’s needs in all areas of his life. The solutions the shareholders offer go beyond project management to include education, career planning, health, philanthropy, business ideas, and access to resources to better manage Mike's life.
