For over 20 years, the Energie Tech school has been training young and old people in energy professions through work-study programs.
The school is the training organization in Île-de-France for two professional federations:
· Coedis - federation of distributors of electrical, climate engineering and sanitation equipment and solutions;
· FEDENE - federation of energy efficiency and renewable heat;
which together represent over 100,000 employees in France, and have major recruitment challenges in the short and medium term.
It is located in Alfortville, in the premises of the Maximilien Perret high school and offers eight training courses from CAP to bac +5 level in partnership with the Maximilien Perret high school, the Raspail high school in Paris, the Gustave Eiffel University - IUT of Marne-la-Vallée and the ENOV in Paris.
As such, the team of the Ecole Energie Tech, organizes events with the companies in its network to promote and present the professions: open days, jobdating, participation in trade fairs or participation in Industry Week. So many actions carried out by the school with its partners to give meaning to work-study programs and professional training.

Depuis plus de 20 ans, l’école Energie Tech forme, en alternance, des jeunes et des moins jeunes aux métiers de l’énergie.
L’école est l’organisme de formation en Île-de-France de deux fédérations professionnelles :
· Coedis - fédération des distributeurs d’équipements et solutions électriques, génie climatique et sanitaires ;
· FEDENE - fédération de l’efficacité énergétique et de la chaleur renouvelable ;
qui représentent à elles deux plus de 100 000 salariés en France, et ont de forts enjeux de recrutement à court et moyen terme.
Elle est située à Alfortville, dans les locaux du lycée Maximilien Perret et propose huit formations du niveau CAP au bac +5 en partenariat avec le lycée Maximilien Perret, le lycée Raspail à Paris, l’université Gustave Eiffel - IUT de Marne-la-Vallée et l'ENOV à Paris.
A ce titre, l’équipe de l’Ecole Energie Tech, organise avec les entreprises de son réseau des évènements pour valoriser et présenter les métiers : journée portes ouvertes, jobdating, participation aux salons professionnels ou participation à la Semaine de l’Industrie. Autant d’action portées par l’école avec ses partenaires pour donner du sens à l’alternance et à la formation professionnelle.
