The Ice House Quarter, situated on the banks of the River Roding in Barking, offers a range of affordable flexible creative studios for short and long term hire. Studios include spaces for rehearsal and dance as well as offering a small scale performance venue. Subsidies or discounts are available for certain entrepreneurial start ups or emerging creative talent.
