Laboratoire de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire, elle a pour objet de
diagnostiquer, impulser, développer et essaimer des réponses inclusives en matière d’emploi et d’insertion, en accompagnant toutes les personnes qui le désirent à relancer leur vie professionnelle.
Notre mission :
Favoriser le retour à l'emploi, condition fondamentale d'une insertion durable dans notre société, en rendant accessibles au plus grand nombre de nouveaux parcours innovants de retour à l'emploi.
Notre méthode :
1) Diagnostic et innovation : comprendre les problématiques en matière d'insertion et de retour à l'emploi et leur ancrage territorial, puis développer et impulser des solutions inclusives et innovantes en matière d'emploi et d'insertion en intégrant le meilleur des solutions existantes sur le territoire et ailleurs
2) Expérimentation et essaimage : tester ces solutions en conditions réelles, en mesurer l'impact social et les externalités positives et négatives pour en documenter les apprentissages, améliorer les dispositifs et préparer, lorsque c'est pertinent, la diffusion au plus grand nombre par les politiques publiques, les acteurs de terrain ou l'accès direct
3) accompagnement vers la solution : proposer des solutions clefs en main aux acteurs de l'écosystème insertion et aux entreprises. Les conseilles et accompagner dans la mise en place opérationnelle des actions de transformations associées
