Ardan France aims to raise awareness and increase the visibility of Ardan programs and to promote the action and results of local Ardan. Ardan allows small businesses and associations to realize a “dormant” innovation, development or structuring project by entrusting the management to a job seeker. As for the intrapreneur job seeker, his project management skills are strengthened as well as his employability thanks to obtaining a diploma.
ARDAN is aimed at small businesses (VSEs, SMEs, artisanal businesses, agricultural businesses) that are financially and economically healthy.
Ardan is supported by 250 local promoters (CCI, CMA, business incubators, employers' organizations, management boutiques, accountants, etc.) including the MMA Foundation of Entrepreneurs of the Future.

Ardan France vise à faire connaître et accroître la visibilité des programmes Ardan et à valoriser l’action et les résultats des Ardan locaux. Ardan permet aux petites entreprises et associations de concrétiser un projet « dormant » d’innovation, de développement ou de structuration en confiant le pilotage à un demandeur d’emploi. Ardan répond ainsi à la problématique du manque de moyens humains qui bloque la réalisation de ces projets. Cofinancé par les pouvoirs publics et l’entreprise bénéficiaire de l’aide, le programme Ardan permet aux TPME d’accueillir au sein de leur structure, des demandeurs d’emploi sous la forme de stages de formation-développement d’une durée de 6 mois.
Le dispositif Ardan s’articule autour de 3 objectifs :
- Economique : favoriser la concrétisation de projets créateurs de richesse pour l’entreprise et les territoires
- Emploi : permettre à des demandeurs d’emploi d’intégrer ces entreprises dans des fonctions stratégiques ou opérationnelles
- Sécurisation des parcours professionnels : aider à développer et maîtriser des compétences liées à la conduite et au management de projets.
Ardan est un dispositif gagnant-gagnant. Du côté de l’entreprise, la mise en œuvre du projet devient facilitée grâce à un suivi personnalisé combinant accompagnement méthodologique et acquisition des savoirs de gestion. Du côté du demandeur d’emploi intrapreneur, ses compétences de pilotage de projet sont renforcées ainsi que son employabilité grâce à l’obtention d’un diplôme.
ARDAN s’adresse aux petites entreprises (TPE, PME-PMI, entreprises artisanales, agricoles) financièrement et économiquement saines.
Ardan est soutenu par 250 promoteurs locaux (CCI, CMA, pépinières d’entreprise, organisations patronales, boutiques de gestion, experts comptables...) dont la Fondation MMA des Entrepreneurs du Futur.
