An exciting collaboration between Gina 'Triple G' Hopkins and many others to provide fair and safe competitive opportunities, sign posting to accessible and trained coaches and to promote Martial Arts, Adaptive BJJ primarily.
Phase one will provide a safe and minimal injury risk environment where the participants feel comfortable in trying out exercise and Martial Arts. This will entail two programmes running in parallel, one which will encourage those in ill health, injured and disabled into exercise by way of group exercise for injury prevention and an introduction to several Martial Arts to encourage participation in the amateur sports. This is intended to take the format of two one hour sessions per week, for a ten week block, one session exercise based and one session of Martial Art training.
