Dorémi, a social and solidarity economy company, has set up an innovative system for efficient energy renovation of
individual houses.
By accompanying and supporting more than 60 partner communities throughout the country, Dorémi is today a key player in efficient renovation in France.
Its system, unique in its kind, offers support to owners with a project to completely renovate their home: information on aid and financing and connection with building professionals trained in the Dorémi benchmark for efficient renovation.
Through its local actions, the Dorémi system strongly promotes
the employment of craftsmen, in particular thanks to active mobilization and training in efficient renovation on site. DorĂ©mi has already formed around a hundred artisan groups and aims to form 375 groups by 2024 (1,400 companies involved) and works with more than 60 territories covering 20% ââof the French population, or 12 million people.
Dorémi is supported by Schneider Electric Energy Access, France Active Investissement, MAIF Investissement Social et Solidaire (MISS), Wiseed (citizen investment platform) and the Ministry of Ecological Transition as part of the CEE Facilaréno program.

maisons individuelles.
En accompagnant et soutenant plus de 60 collectivitĂ©s partenaires sur tout le territoire, DorĂ©mi est aujourdâhui un acteur de rĂ©fĂ©rence de la rĂ©novation performante en France.
Son dispositif, unique en son genre, propose un soutien aux propriétaires ayant un projet de rénovation complÚte de leur maison : informations sur les aides et financements et mise en relation avec des professionnels du bùtiment formés au référentiel Dorémi de la rénovation performante.
De par ses actions locales, le dispositif Dorémi favorise trÚs fortement
lâemploi des artisans, notamment grĂące Ă une mobilisation active et Ă ses formations Ă la rĂ©novation performante sur chantier. DorĂ©mi a dĂ©jĂ formĂ© une centaine de groupements dâartisans et vise la formation de 375 groupements dâici 2024 (1400 entreprises impliquĂ©es) et travaille avec plus de 60 territoires couvrant 20 % de la population Française, soit 12 millions de personnes.
