CA Models produces prototypes and models for a diverse range of industries including Aerospace, Formula 1 (F1), Medical Device, Oil and Gas, and Product Design. With diversity comes challenges. We thrive on challenges. We can build SLA parts ranging from a breath-taking 1:1 scale F1 racing car gearbox to a perfectly-formed 5mm circuit board featuring intricate 0.1mm detail for Product Design. Our precision machining expertise with the Oil and Gas industry means we are continuously in demand, particularly for scaled, fully-functioning aluminium training models.

Our experienced multi-disciplined team has the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge to ensure excellence at every stage of development. The Managing Director and Production Manager oversee each project to completion and the results often surpass customer expectations.
