El Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros (IEAF) es una Asociación Profesional sin ánimo de lucro, constituida el 18 de septiembre de 1965, que agrupa a los profesionales del Análisis, de la Inversión y de la Gestión Financiera. También a ejecutivos y directivos de Entidades Financieras.
El IEAF está integrado por analistas, gestores de inversiones y ejecutivos de finanzas en general. Muchos de ellos pertenecen a Sociedades Gestoras de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva, Sociedades Gestoras de Patrimonios, Sociedades y Agencias de Valores y Bolsa, entidades financieras (Bancos, Cajas de Ahorro, Compañías de Seguros y Mutualidades, Compañías de Capital Riesgo, etc.). Además, son miembros del Instituto muchos ejecutivos y directivos de las Divisiones Financieras de las principales empresas españolas.
Se integran también en el IEAF Profesores Universitarios, especialistas en disciplinas financieras y, en general, expertos en materias relacionadas con la actividad financiera.
El Órgano de Gobierno del IEAF es su Asamblea General y está dirigido, entre Asambleas, por su Junta Directiva Nacional. La Delegación Catalana, constituida en febrero de 1970, representa los intereses del IEAF en Cataluña y su Presidente es Vicepresidente nato del IEAF.
