El Observatorio Generación & Talento es una iniciativa de Generacciona que busca proporcionar a los líderes empresariales herramientas para gestionar la diversidad generacional con éxito.
Generacciona es un espacio de reflexión, participación plural y de innovación social y laboral sobre la RSC hacia todas la Generaciones que actualmente confluyen en el ámbito laboral y profesional.
Queremos generar un impacto positivo en la Persona, en la Empresa y en la Sociedad, para promocionar los valores del talento de las personas independientemente de su edad y potenciarlo en base a los valores que aportan por sus propias vivencias generacionales.
Los objetivos que persigue son:
Difundir, promover y restablecer los valores esenciales de la edad senior en nuestra sociedad.
Generar un espacio de reflexión, debate y estudio, para buscar soluciones y buenas prácticas, que favorezcan la empleabilidad y potencien el desarrollo del talento de los trabajadores independientemente de su edad.
Generar soluciones y alternativas innovadoras que permitan la incorporación de los juniors y seniors en el mercado de trabajo.
Favorecer un empleo de calidad en pro del envejecimiento activo y saludable.
Acceder, actuar e influir en las instituciones y organismos para que legislen nuevas políticas sociales, laborables y fiscales que favorezcan el empleo de calidad los trabajadores y den respuesta a la problemática de su generación.
Sensibilizar a las empresas para que incluyan en sus políticas de RSE, Diversidad, Igualdad de Oportunidades y RRHH, la edad como un eje fundamental en sus líneas de actuación.
Fomento de la gestión de equipo intergeneracionales para conectar el talento procedente de todas ellas.
Influir para conseguir la igualdad de trato y de oportunidades evitando todo tipo de discriminación por razones de edad.
Colaborar con cuantas Instituciones y organismos públicos y privados tengan entre sus fines potenciar la diversidad generacional.
